Accelerating Electrosynthesis

HTe–Chem is designed to enable the rapid evaluation of a broad array of electrochemical reaction parameters to accelerate reaction discovery, optimization, and chemical library synthesis.

Features
  • Standardized 3x2” reactor compatible with existing HTE technology

  • 4x6 well array for screening 4 currents/voltages simultaneously

  • Reactor block can be heated or cooled and has a temperature probe

  • Compatible with electrophotochemistry via illumination from the base

Reaction Optimization Using HTe–Chem

In addition to standard reaction parameters, the HTe–Chem platform offers the ability to screen electrochemical parameters such as electrode material, current, potential, and reaction time. The following two examples demonstrate how HTe–Chem accelerated the optimization of electrochemical and electrophotochemical reactions.

Reduction allylic silylation (Original work: JACS 2020, 142, 21272)

Electrophotocatalytic C—H amination (Original work: ACIE 2019, 58, 13318)
